On just finding the important MaryFerrell.org website so often cited by best scholars of the Deep State like @PeterDaleScott
and why everybody should check it out
I just found the great MaryFerrell.org website that I have heard great Deep State researchers like @PeterDaleScott acknowledge as an invaluable resource for years. Here is what I found on their first page - a timeline on their progress suing @JoeBden administration to release the "classified" documents the CIA should never have been able to "redact" in the first place.
One point I want to add. I saw in a book on administrative law that it is a crime to hide a crime by classifying as "classified" or "national security state secret - which I think would apply especially to a state crime against humanity, peace, the earth (ecocide) democracy - what @DavidRayGriffin and others have called a SCAD or State Crime against Democracy in great books like 9/11 The New Pearl Harbor.

JFK Records Lawsuit
Latest developments in the case: After various briefs around the Department of Justice's motion to dismiss the lawsuit, the MFF filed on June 8 a Motion for Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. This motion asks for a "preliminary injunction to halt implementation of the Transparency Plans", and "declaratory relief that NARA is the "successor in function" to the ARRB; that it has a mandatory duty to seek additional Assassination Records; that it enforce the MOU; and advise researchers to invoke the JFK Act rather than FOIA."
Judge Seeborg will hear oral arguments in MFF vs. Biden on July 13 in the federal courthouse in San Francisco.
MFF Files Lawsuit Over JFK Records
On October 19, 2022, the Mary Ferrell Foundation, a non-profit archive with the internet's largest collection of searchable JFK records, filed a lawsuit against President Biden and the National Archives for failing to implement the 1992 JFK Records Act. These failures have resulted in confusion, gaps in the records, over-classification, and outright denial of thousands of assassination-related files, five years after the law's deadline for full disclosure.
